Unqualified Maths Teacher - Secondary School

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term (with potential to become permanent) Salary: £100-£160 per day (depending on experience and level of school support)

We are working with a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Northampton who are seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Maths Teachers to join their teams immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for Maths graduates, aspiring teachers or individuals with strong subject knowledge who are looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

Your Role:

Deliver engaging, well-structured Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

Support pupils in developing confidence, understanding and enjoyment of Mathematics

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs and abilities

Work collaboratively with qualified teachers and mentors to plan lessons and reflect on practice

Take part in ongoing professional development and contribute to wider school life
