The Role

Supporting the teaching of English across KS3 and KS4, following the department's schemes of work

Delivering small group sessions and targeted literacy interventions

Encouraging students to improve their reading, writing, and analytical skills

Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Contributing to wider English department activities such as reading programmes and enrichment opportunities

This Role Could Be Ideal If You

Hold a degree in English, Literature, or a related subject, or have strong subject knowledge
