Leading and working closely with a team of LSAs, including supporting personal care needs such as toileting
Evidencing learning through photographs and appropriate assessment methods
Liaising closely with the SENDCo to complete statutory paperwork and ensure compliance
Communicating regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress

Unqualified SEN Teacher What the School is Looking For
The ideal Unqualified SEN Teacher will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University and demonstrate a strong interest in SEN education. Previous child-centred or SEN-related experience is highly valued.
