The Opportunity: As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will work on delivering a consistent, high quality early-career experience across EMEA through structured program delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interns across both Tech & Non-Tech environment, taking ownership of program delivery. This is a highly visible role that demands effective collaboration, sharp business intuition, and skills in coordinating multiple stakeholders in different geographies.
