Offer | £150 - £250 a day


This is an ongoing temporary contract and we are ideally looking for candidates who are immediately available or able to start a role within 2 weeks of being offered.

We’re working with a UK-based institution looking for someone to take the lead on ensuring consistent, compliant English language entry requirements for international students. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the international admissions process in a role that combines policy, data, and cross team collaboration.


You will:


  • Review Medium of Instruction (MOI) evidence and determine whether applicants meet entry requirements
  • Maintain up to date records of accepted qualifications by country, region, and education system
  • Liaise with academic and admissions teams to align programme-specific requirements
  • Keep internal systems updated with the latest English language and qualification criteria
  • Provide tools and guidance to admissions teams evaluating international applications
  • Monitor changes from UKVI, UK ENIC, and testing bodies to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Apply English for Academic Purposes (EAP) knowledge to assess qualifications and conduct accurate mapping
  • Contribute to documentation for audits and support international student progression and retention strategies


What we’re looking for:


  • Experience in international admissions
  • Strong knowledge of UKVI English language requirements and Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
  • Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and global equivalents
  • Essential: knowledge and practical experience of EAP to support qualification mapping and entry decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel/database skills
  • Confident working with admissions systems and managing qualification equivalencies
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Awareness of OISC training and UKVI regulations relevant to international student retention and progression


Bonus points for:

  • Understanding of CEFR levels and how they relate to academic entry
  • Experience applying UK ENIC guidance to international qualifications
