Production Operative Location: Birstall, West Yorkshire Induction Date: Thursday 18th December 2025 Start Date: From 5th January 2026 Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.53 per hour (depending on shift and role)

The Role: We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a large, well-established manufacturing site based in Birstall, West Yorkshire. This advert is for candidates to attend a site induction on Thursday 18th December 2025, with a view to starting work from 5th January 2026. The role is hands-on and based within a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing, packing, and quality control operations. Full training will be provided. These positions are offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with long-term opportunities available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery in a production environment Measuring, mixing, and handling materials safely Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch Carrying out basic quality checks Adhering to all health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working as part of a team to meet production targetsShifts & Pay Shift Patterns: Rotating Days and Afters (hours vary depending on department) Pay Rates: £12.21 - £13.53 per hour, depending on shift pattern and role

Candidate Requirements:

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance Willingness to work rotating shifts Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on roleWhat's on Offer
