Responsibilities Your role will involve reviewing UK tax returns and consulting work, so strong technical expertise is a must. You will be expected to confidently manage client relationships and support the development of more junior team members. Business development is not a pre-requisite; however you can get involved if you wish—your main focus will be on ensuring delivery and high levels of service for clients. Who this role suits This role would suit someone either at a Big 4 firm looking to step outside (you will need to have been working with midmarket clients rather than big engagements) or someone already working for a non-Big 4 firm that is looking for a new challenge.
