A rare leadership role for an experienced UK employment tax professional who enjoys business development. A new opportunity has arisen to join a market leading firm and take responsibility for growing its offering in this specialism.

You will be expected to lead the existing employment tax team and take them to the next level of growth through developing the individual team members and generating new revenue streams. This is a London based role offering real scope for progression through to equity Partner for the successful individual. It would suit an experienced Senior Manager or Director with strong UK employment tax experience that has trained at either a Big 4 or Tier A firm.

If you enjoy being out in the market, winning new assignments as much as you enjoy delivering technical work to clients then this could be an ideal fit.
