QLM Search is recruiting a Commercial Transformation Director for a highly acquisitive multi-category Food Manufacturing Group. With a strong foundation in established markets, and significant opportunities in emerging categories, this role will be instrumental in unlocking sustainable, profitable growth across multiple brands and channels.

Lead a multi-year commercial transformation programme to embed world-class capabilities across sales, marketing, pricing, and revenue management. Shape commercial strategies that fuel growth across existing categories while building momentum in new and adjacent spaces. Redesign route-to-market strategies, expanding reach in e-commerce, modern trade, and emerging channels. Champion the use of advanced analytics, digital platforms, and AI-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and drive precision execution. Establish a global commercial excellence framework, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. Partner with C-suite, business unit leaders, and category teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record in global or multi-market commercial transformation within FMCG or a similarly complex, multi-category organisation. Strong background in strategy consulting, commercial excellence, or senior P&L leadership, ideally with exposure to category growth and market entry. Experience building new categories, brands, or business models alongside strengthening core portfolios. Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, influence, and mobilise senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Commercially astute, digitally fluent, and entrepreneurial in approach.
