We are currently recruiting for multiple Hearing Aid Audiologist positions across the UK. While this post specifies Manchester as our Head Office, you can be based anywhere in the UK to apply.

- Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Administer hearing tests and assess client needs
• Provide aftercare services
• Manage the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator
• Ensure high-quality, professional service
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with guidelines
• Plan clinic diary to meet objectives
• Achieve KPIs and address performance issues

Requirements:

• Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Computer literacy and analytical skills
• Effective communicator
• Numerate, organized, and driven

Desirable:

• Full driving license
• Proven commercial experience
