About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutors to support students in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalised tuition to students who may need additional academic support outside of a traditional classroom environment. You will work with learners on a one-to-one basis, helping them build confidence, improve their understanding of key subjects, and achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to the students needs
Support learning in subjects such as English, Maths, or other curriculum areas
Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
Track student progress and provide feedback where required
Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements: Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping students succeed
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
