Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds and are enthusiastic, committed to their studies, and keen to learn.
You will join a team of experienced physicists who work in close collaboration with the wider science team and the mathematics team. Lessons are delivered in modern physics laboratories, with access to all the equipment required to support practical skill development alongside the delivery of theory. You will be supported in practical activities by a well-qualified specialist physics technician.
About the person
You will be as enthusiastic as we are about teaching physic and able to inspire and share your passion for physics with your students. An ability to contribute to other areas of the science curriculum, including support for science data skills, would be an advantage.

Applicants must have a physics or related degree qualification together with an appropriate teaching qualification.
