Travel Operations Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly exciting client operating right at the heart of the entertainment and touring world. They are looking for a Travel Operations Manager who cannot only keep complex travel running seamlessly, but also step back and make the whole operation work better.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days a week in their London office - perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to shape how things are done.

Travel Operations Manager - What will I be doing?
\n
\n Owning end-to-end travel for artists, crew and production teams
\n
Pulling together complex itineraries across multiple moving parts
\n
Stepping in when plans change and keeping everything on track
\n
Leading and supporting a small travel function or team
\n
Improving processes, workflows and ways of working across the travel operation
\n
Bringing structure, consistency and smarter ways of doing things in a fast-paced environment
\n
\n
Travel Operations Manager - what experience do I need?
\n
\n Strong travel operations background, ideally within entertainment, touring or events
\n
Confident using Galileo GDS
\n
Experience balancing hands-on delivery with team or operational oversight
\n
Someone who spots inefficiencies and naturally looks to improve them
\n
Calm, practical and solutions-focused when things get busy (which they will)
\n
