The ideal candidate must have a passion for excellent service, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Maintain operational standards by overseeing inventory, cash management, and store cleanliness. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire staff to maintain high performance levels and excellent customer service. Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment, address customer needs, and handle complaints professionally. Sales Management: Implement promotional strategies and optimize sales performance to achieve store targets. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, inventory levels, and employee performance for management review.
