As a Transport Shift Manager, you’ll lead the overall success of your shift, ensuring all transport standards, budgets, and targets are met. Managing an overall team of people, you’ll keep everyone motivated, engaged and on-task - ensuring our products are expertly and efficiently delivered to our valuable customers. Office-based, with occasional visits to our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll keep an eye on everything and everyone, from the location of cages to transport cost budgets and individual personal development. You’ll also be adept at course correcting plans based on changing information.
