As a Transport Shift Manager, youlllead the overall success of your shift,ensuring all transport standards, budgets, and targets are met. Managing an overall team of 100-170 people, youll keep everyone motivated, engaged and on-task - ensuring our products are expertly and efficiently delivered to our valuable customers. Office-based, with occasional visits to our multi-temperature warehouse, youll keep an eye on everything and everyone, from the location of cages to transport cost budgets and individual personal development. Youll also be adept at course correcting plans based on changing information.
