Transport Planning Manager - CPC QualifiedUp to £55,000 | Full time Monday to Friday | Permanent | Company car included, performance-related bonus | Local residence required | CPC Qualifed requiredIntroductionThis role operates within established systems and procedures to manage the traffic planning team and driver operations, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and service excellence.Key DutiesManaging the planning team and daily transport and logistics activities.Must have previous transport planning management experience Delivering effective route planning and customer satisfaction.Ensuring compliance with legislation for Operator's Licences and Driver's Working Time Directive.RequirementsAbility to manage, lead and develop drivers, transport planners and the Driver Fleet Coordinator.Ability to meet budgeted operational targets.Ability to support commercial growth through cost control.Ability to monitor and improve fleet utilisation.Participation in group compliance meetings.Implementing and managing Health and Safety procedures.Working with the GM on annual budget planning.Contributing to Weekly Flash Report Meetings.Supporting ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements.Ability to manage customer satisfaction and contracted SLA'sWorking with HR on recruitment, training and processes.Working with the Fleet Manager on maintenance schedules and incident reporting.Leading and attending weekly planning meetings.Supporting ongoing improvement and performance control.Managing changing priorities to maintain efficiency, productivity and fleet profitability.Reporting weekly and monthly operational highlights to the GM.What We OfferSalary up to £55,000.Company car included.Performance-related bonus.Full time hours Monday to Friday.25 day's holiday rising to 27 with service.Interested?Apply now to be considered for this Transport Planning Manager opportunity.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.JBRP1_UKTJ
