PE Global is recruiting a Transport Analyst for our client based in Larne, Northern Ireland. The role is an initial 6-month contract and the role is hybrid. The rate for this role is £14.79 PAYE or £20.07 Umbrella p/hour.

Responsibilities: Support the Trade Lane Manager to plan and execute transportation operations for finished products from production centres in EAME to Dealers in region and overseas. Support and initiate continuous improvement ideas or larger transformational initiatives. Review and identify areas for improvement through review of Velocity on our Transportation Lanes. Review and identify areas for improvement through performance management of our carriers. Support the operational performance metrics (velocity, cost, data quality) and work across teams to achieve the targets. Leverage systems, business intelligence dashboard and relationships to identify improvement opportunities. Proactive communicate and maintain relationships with supply chain partners and customers. Develop in-depth business knowledge of product and customer requirements.
