As an Interim Transport Manager you must: - Have a valid Transport Manager CPC quailification - Have experience managing a fleet of vehciles in a commercial setting The role will require the following: - Transport & Logistics Knowledge - strong understanding of fleet operations, route planning and scheduling. - Regulatory & Legal Compliance - in-depth knowledge of transport laws. - Leadership & People Management - experience managing drivers and logistics staff. - Problem Solving & Decision Making - ability to think quickly and effectively respond to issues such as breakdowns, delays or route disruptions. - Organisational & Planning Skills - excellent time and resource management.
