You will take shift responsibility for team of Transport Clerks and Drivers, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to. To continuously coordinate resources/activity in real time to ensure that the shift completes all agreed routes on time and fully, in excess of the minimum key performance indicators. This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 06:00.
