Staffline are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our team based in Portbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background to work within a fast-paced transport environment.

This role is Monday to Friday Rotating shift pattern: 04:30am - 1:00pm 12:30pm - 9:00pm

The pay rate is £14.36 per hour paid weekly.

Your Time at Work - Supporting the day-to-day transport operations - Communicating effectively with drivers and internal teams - Handling transport documentation and administrative tasks - Challenging and resolving driver queries where required - Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations

Our Perfect Worker - Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role is highly desirable - A strong administrative background is essential - Some knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations would be beneficial - Confident communication skills, with the ability to challenge where necessary - Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
