About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a major logistics company. This is a temporary opportunity within a fast-paced transport operation, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics activities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in a transport or warehouse environment, who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the day-to-day transport operation
Booking deliveries and coordinating schedules
Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers
Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
Managing and processing transport documentation (PODs, delivery notes, etc.)
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with driver briefings and debriefings
Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
IT literate, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Flexible and reliable approach to work
