ABOUT THE ROLE The Transition Support is pivotal in ensuring the successful mobilisation of new client contracts and supporting the smooth renewal of existing contracts. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Transition Team, working closely with the Renewals and Mobilisation Manager to maximise contract renewals both commercially and operationally. In addition, you will collaborate with the Systems Support team to maintain and optimise the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system.
