Transformation Management Office (TMO) Manager - Strand, London, WC2R 2LS About us: The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Manager role is a key role within the Transformation Office at King’s College London and reports into the Head of Transformation Portfolio. The Transformation Office supports the senior leadership of the University in effective strategy execution, delivering a complex set of transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business. The Transformation Management Office (TMO) supports the delivery process including governance, tracking and monitoring, reporting, prioritisation, resource allocation, communication and quality controls. About the role: As a TMO Manager you will be part of a team working within the Transformation Management Office, supporting the Head of Transformation Portfolio and managing TMO Support Officers working across all projects and programmes that are part of the transformation portfolio, providing day to day support for projects and the project and programme teams. A key aspect of the role will be developing team competences to support the continuous improvement of PMO practices by driving, participating, leading and implementing cross-PMO enhancement projects, lessons learned processes and identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will help drive effective decision making on all levels as a trusted advisor of the Head of Transformation Portfolio and implement and enhance project and programme standards and processes - related to project and programme planning, reporting, change control, financial management, risk management and quality assurance.  This is a full time post (35 hours per week) and you will be offered an indefinite contract. We support hybrid working with a current requirement to be on campus three days per week.
