Your new role We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Transactional Lawyer with 3-7 years PQE (guideline only) to join a London-based Private Wealth organisation's legal team within a high-performing family office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of legal matters, primarily focused on reviewing and advising on contracts, agreements, and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities will include: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. Advise on in-house policies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the family office and its clients. Ensure legal documentation is compliant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support transactional matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments.

What you'll need to succeed 3-7 years PQE (Guideline only) with a strong background in transactional or commercial law.
