Originate and lead TS engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates Develop relationships with PE houses, corporates and intermediaries Convert internal M&A opportunities into TS revenue Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the TS function Support the development and expansion of the team
What you’ll bring
Proven Transaction Services background at Director or Partner level Demonstrable origination capability, not just delivery experience Strong network across PE, corporates or advisory firms Track record of contributing to revenue growth Commercial mindset with a focus on building client relationships
