Education and Training Manager Location: Macildowie are working in partnership with a leading Sports governing body in recruiting a an experienced and forward-thinking Education and Training Manager to lead the planning, development and continuous improvement of their education and learning provision. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and strengthen their qualifications, educator development and training programmes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, reflect industry needs and align with the organisation's strategic ambitions. You will lead and manage the education and educator development function, overseeing a team of learning developers and educator training officers. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will drive innovation in educational practice and ensure the consistency, quality and impact of our qualifications and learning programmes. Identifying opportunities for new qualifications and training provision in response to industry trends and stakeholder feedback Managing team workload to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of educational products Supporting the training and upskilling of educators, including delivering training sessions and facilitating standardisation events Building strong relationships with educators, training centres, industry partners and regulatory bodies Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in partnership with the Regulations and Compliance Manager Supporting self-assessment processes and contributing to the development of policies and procedures Leading recruitment activity for experienced deliverers and subject matter experts National travel will be required to visit educators and approved training centres. You will be an experienced education professional with a strong background in managing teams within a learning environment. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PTLLS or equivalent) or a valid Tutor/Assessor qualification Experience delivering education across face-to-face and online environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence using educational technologies, including digital learning and assessment systems Knowledge of CASS and quality assurance processes A project management qualification This is an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the future of education and educator development within a growing and evolving organisation.
