Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation require a Training Instructor to join their team based at Gloucester Business Park. In this role you will take the lead on engineering training programmes within the Engineering and Technical Training team, including courses such as Nuclear Fundamentals, AGR Plant Systems and Engineering Processes; driving the development and delivery of engaging training packages which will leave a lasting impact on trainees and enable them to play their part in shaping the future workforce. As well as the technical training required for your role you will also receive training to become a Fleet Certified Instructor (FCI), so while prior experience in training may be beneficial it is by no means essential.
