Role Responsibilities (Once trained)

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Public Service Vehicle mechanics.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
• Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in HGV / PSV Mechanical repair
• Extensive industry experience in hands on Mechanics across PSV.
• A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working with young engineers or leading teams (Desired but not essential)
