If you’re interested in working in education but have not yet gained experience as a Trainee Teaching Assistant (TA), we are offering a limited number of places in the Gainsborough area to join our National Teaching Assistant programme starting from January.

Would you like to pursue a career in education but need the right training to get started? You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, culminating in a paid 5-day placement within a primary school in Gainsborough or nearby areas. After completing the placement, we can offer you day-to-day, short-term, or long-term roles as a Trainee Teaching Assistant (TA) within local schools. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has always wanted to work as a Teaching Assistant but lacks hands-on experience in a school setting. Candidates should be willing to travel to surrounding areas for placements.

In partnership with our client schools, we will provide the successful Trainee Teaching Assistant (TA) with high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.
