Ascot and Surrounding Areas - £13.50 per hour (rising to £15.00 after training)

Key Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and activities • Assist with personal care where required • Encourage independence and positive behaviour • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents • Maintain clear and accurate care records • Work closely with the wider team to deliver high standards of care • Support residents through challenging situations calmly and professionally
