Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manchester for a Trainee Site Manager. The Trainee Site Manager will assist in managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety standards, and supporting senior site managers with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications/Experience

Knowledge of construction processes and site management practices Previous relevant experience to the role Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus Relevant education in Construction Management or related field
