What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Senior Support Worker, you’ll:
Provide hands-on support to individuals with autism, tailored to their unique strengths and needs
Assist with personal care, meal prep, and maintaining a welcoming, homely environment
Support engagement in recreational, educational, and social activities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Support Workers, promoting high-quality care
Develop and review person-centred care plans, helping individuals achieve their goals
Collaborate with families, professionals, and colleagues to deliver holistic support
Keep accurate records and reports to meet care standards
Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and occasional night shifts
A driving licence is essentialWho We’re Looking For

Experienced in supporting individuals with autism or in similar care settings
Ideally holds, or is working towards, QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
A positive, can-do attitude with a love of teamwork
Compassion, patience, and a sense of humour — because no two days are ever the same!
Enthusiasm to develop leadership skills and grow in your career

A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities
