Can you use in-depth product knowledge and insight to inspire customers? The ideal person will have / be: Possess 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English or Maths) Minimum of one year's experience of working within a customer service role. Enthusiasm for excellent customer service and automotive technology Strong presentation skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Team-orientated personality, always willing to help and support others. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
