The Role As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound sales enquiries. You’ll learn the full sales process and work with customers to identify the right insurance solutions, delivering an excellent level of service throughout. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently Provide accurate, compliant information on products and services Build strong relationships and trust with customers Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Contribute positively to team culture and success Support new starters through mentoring once experienced Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
