At the heart of this position is relationship management. You will have daily interaction with farmers and agricultural businesses, both face-to-face and over the phone. While the role primarily focuses on mobile seed cleaning, it also encompasses seed sales across certified seed and environmental crops.
This could be an ideal role for a graduate who is looking for their first role within the commercial agricultural sector or someone with experience in the commercial world who is looking for their first role within the industry.

About You

You will bring:

A background or degree in agriculture would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further develop a career within the agricultural seed sector.
Your Role
Following completion of our induction and supported by ongoing training, you will be responsible for delivering the following:
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Supporting the growth of our mobile seed processing services and seed sales
Learning how to identify and develop new business opportunities
Demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude to meet seasonal demands, particularly during harvest
Actively engaging in training and development to build your knowledge, confidence, and long-term career prospects
