£25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission
1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers earn £100k+)

What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment Consultant Training)
You’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

Building relationships with candidates and clients
Conducting confident, commercial conversations
Business development via outbound sales call and meetings
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Matching candidates to suitable roles
Managing multiple priorities professionally
Handling pressure, feedback and rejection positivelyYou’ll start office‑based to learn directly from experienced Recruitment Consultants.

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours in school holidays)

Your First 6 Months
Structured recruitment training from day one
High‑activity schedule: calls, interviews, follow‑ups
Regular coaching, support and clear expectations
Gradual increase in responsibility
