Are you ambitious, confident, and looking to build a career in recruitment? CDL Personnel, a well-established recruitment agency based in Ardleigh Colchester, is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing driving team.
No previous recruitment experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Learn the full recruitment process from start to finish
Resourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Advertising vacancies and managing responses
Speaking with clients and candidates via phone and email
Building and maintaining strong working relationships
Supporting senior consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Good organisational and time management skills
Target-driven and motivated to succeed
Basic IT skills
Previous office, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
