Key Responsibilities Recruitment Consultant
Sourcing and screening candidates via phone, headhunting, and job boards
Business development and client relationship management
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
Conducting candidate interviews and client meetings
Working towards weekly and monthly recruitment targets
The Ideal Candidate Recruitment Consultant
6+ months experience in recruitment, sales, estate agency, or telesales
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Target-driven, resilient, and ambitious
Motivated to progress quickly within a recruitment career
Salary & Benefits Recruitment Consultant
£27,000 £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
£45,000 £60,000 realistic OTE in year one
Uncapped commission structure
