The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant: You will start in the role as a Candidate Manager, where you’ll play a key role in connecting great people with exciting opportunities. You’ll work closely with our experienced consultants, helping to find and engage top talent for roles across the country whilst learning the ropes of recruitment.

Your day-to-day will include:

Speaking to prospective candidates on the phone – this will be your main activity. Sourcing fresh talent through job boards, and our in-house database. Building strong relationships with candidates and keeping them informed throughout the process. Updating and managing candidate records on our system (multitasking skills will really help here!).
