Trainee Recruiter – Construction Recruitment
Southampton (Office-based, 5 days per week) £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established recruitment business operating across blue- and white-collar construction roles nationwide.
This is a genuine entry-level opportunity for someone who’s hungry, switched on, and motivated by earning money and building a long-term career in recruitment.
What you’ll be doing

Learning the full recruitment lifecycle (resourcing, screening, client support)
*
Working roles across the entire UK
*
Speaking with candidates and clients daily
*
Supporting experienced consultants and progressing towards a 360 role
*
Developing strong commercial and sales skills
What they’re looking for

No recruitment experience required
*
Sales experience is highly desirable (any background considered)
*
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
*
Money-motivated, competitive, and driven
*
Sharp, quick to learn, and resilient
*
Happy working full-time from the Southampton office
