The Role
Source, screen, and engage high-calibre candidates through proactive networking
Manage the full 360 recruitment cyclefrom initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement, alongside business development
Build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit
Support clients with market insights, talent strategies, and hiring solutions
Consistently hit and surpass individual and team targets
Develop your expertise through ongoing training, mentoring, and market research
The Requirements
Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 year of sales experience
Ambitious, driven individuals eager to progress rapidly
