Trainee Recruitment Consultant

City of London - HQ Office

Starting Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission - Year 1 OTE £40K+ (£100k in 3 years)

We’re seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our Trainee Recruitment Consultant Academy starting the end of April 2026!

The Role: A Sales Career in Recruitment:

This is a true 360 recruitment sales role. You’ll be learning how to win clients, build deep talent networks and place the very best tech specialists into high-impact roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage companies needing tech and transformation talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place in-demand professionals across specialist tech disciplines.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client and candidate partnerships.
  • Performance Oriented: Consistently meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
