Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
First-Year OTE: £40,000+

No previous recruitment experience is required. Youll receive structured training, ongoing support, and a clear progression path in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Source and engage candidates across data, analytics, and technology markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing to placement

Prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers

Develop specialist market knowledge and commercial expertise

About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ambitious, driven, and target-focused

Organised with a proactive mindset

Degree preferred but not essential

Sales or commercial experience is an advantage

Motivated by career progression and financial reward
