Who We’re Looking For:


We’re open to all experience levels – from rookies to senior consultants. No experience? No problem. If you’re driven, curious, and passionate about building relationships, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.


  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ambition and resilience
  • A passion for success – both yours and your clients’
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-moving team
  • Sales or recruitment experience a plus (but not essential)


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing your own client and candidate network
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs
  • Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Developing your niche within high-growth, high-demand markets
