The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships with clients in the tech industry
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from outreach to placement)
  • Develop your skills in sales, negotiation, and business development
  • Work in a results-driven, high-performance environment
