Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 & Fridays 08:00 - 16:30 ⏰ - Office based

You might be someone who:

• Is confident, outgoing, and enjoys building relationships with people online and offline (but most importantly in Real Life…)
• Strong communication skills - you will be talking to clients from all walks of life, so the ability to know the difference between a "morning BRUV" or a "good morning Tom" is needed (seems obvious, but trust me - it's not...)
• Is genuinely eager to learn the ins and outs of recruitment and the construction industry
• Has a positive, “can-do” attitude and isn’t afraid of a challenge
• Wants to build a long-term career with clear progression opportunities
• Is not afraid to talk to people, day in, day out - face to face or over the phone
• Takes initiative and is not afraid to ask questions.
• Would jump at the chance of meeting a client face to face - on a construction site or in a swanky office in Mayfair.
