As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage your own specialist desk, developing both your commercial awareness and sales expertise from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll receive full training across the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:
• Sourcing and attracting top talent through multiple channels • Reviewing CVs and conducting candidate pre-screenings • Advertising roles across job boards and company platforms • Building and managing relationships with both clients and candidates • Submitting candidates and managing the interview process • Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face • Supporting negotiations and closing placements • Attending networking and client entertainment events

• A natural ability to build strong, lasting relationships • Excellent communication and written skills • Driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset • Confidence to influence and engage with people • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment • Ambition and a genuine desire to succeed • A people-focused, positive attitude • Previous sales experience is preferred
