What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and networking Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews Building strong relationships with clients and candidates Writing and posting job adverts Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish Learning sales, negotiation, and business development skillsWhat We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, target-driven mindset Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Resilience and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus (but not essential)What We Offer:
