The Business - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Founded in 2007 by two highly respected recruitment leaders with over 35 years of combined industry experience , this specialist legal recruitment firm works exclusively with elite law firms, global banks, corporates, and financial institutions .
With strong year-on-year growth and international expansion underway (including a planned US office launch) , the business is now hiring 6 driven graduates or career-starters to join an elite trainee intake.
Youll be trained directly by the founders , gaining first-hand exposure to what it takes to succeed at the highest level in recruitment.
Whats on Offer Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28,000 base salary
£55,000+ OTE in year one

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Youll play a key role in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, acting as a trusted consultant between elite legal talent and industry-leading clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and managing long-term client relationships
Identifying, sourcing, and interviewing top-tier legal professionals
Developing new business opportunities
Managing negotiations and closing deals
Becoming a market expert within your legal specialism
